Feeling really jazzed today because I have a surprise long weekend! Love when that happens. I'm looking forward to deep cleaning my house, sleeping in, and rearranging my furniture. I have this intense look when I'm trying to visualize how I'm going to decorate, and for the past two months Theo keeps asking me, "what's wrong?" every time I am staring at a wall. All I'm thinking about are sconces.
Recently, I've been doing a lot of reflecting on how I want to work in this space, how often I should be posting, and what kind of posts will be appreciated. I have this horrific guilt that I am not posting every day, because I am so grateful to have you guys coming back and reading every day and I don't want to bore you or let you down. But to be perfectly honest, I'm currently working three jobs, not counting writing this blog, and I'm feeling pretty run down. I don't want to write a bunch of half-assed blog posts every night at 11pm just for the sake of getting ANYTHING up the next day. I would rather take my time and write fewer, more thoughtful posts that I can thoroughly research and prepare.
So in the name of quality over quantity, from now on I'll be doing Beauty Mondays and Baby Wednesdays, along with Weekend Links on Fridays. I have hope that in the future I'll be able to go back to writing four posts a week, but for the sake of my sanity and the quality of my work, in all my jobs, for now I'm gonna stick to three a week. I'm also gonna keep working on the layout of the blog to make it easier for you to find the sections that you want to read in a speedier fashion.
I can't thank you enough for your support and for hanging in there with me while I figure all this out! I'm really excited for the coming weeks, have some awesome sponsorships in the works, and a few discount codes to some of my favorite companies coming up soon. I kiss you.
Here are some links for your eyeballs and a little ditty for your heart:

Love these children's clothes with fruity prints.
LOVE this. Pregnant, Parenting, and Pro-Choice.
I'm going to have to link to Alexa's site every week because all her recipes look divine.
I am dying to go to New Orleans.

A cocktail for us all.
I need this dress.
Been reading Nirrimi's blog for years, her photography only gets more and more beautiful.
