Happy-dance time, it's Friday! Hope your week has been a good one; I was able to sneak away for a Coney Island beach day on Wednesday and it was DIVINE. Much needed and possibly the last one we get before the summer is over! It's going by fast, guys. I'm trying to squeeze in all my favorite summer activities before it's all over. I love the fall though so I'm excited about it's approach. We are planning a little getaway in early September that I'm looking forward too, as well!
Any fun plans? If you go to the movies, check out this one. Theo and I had a lovely Monday night movie date and it was so much better than I was expecting. It actually made me want to read Infinite Jest, which I have always avoided, even as an avid reader. It's just always been so daunting. But maybe I'll get brave and give it a shot. I just finished reading Americanah by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichi and it was sublime, but now I'm on the hunt for my next book. I've actually read all my summer books already! Goodness gracious. Oh, another great thing about the fall is all the movies that come out, I'm excited to see them all!
